Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Lucid™ 2 by LG

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower-right).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts & sync.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
  5. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  6. Tap Menu Menu Key (located in the lower-right).
  7. Tap Remove account.
  8. Tap OK.
