Remove a Personal Email Account - BlackBerry® Z10

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.
    Note If not available, swipe down from the top of the display (where the time is located).
  2. Tap Accounts.
  3. Tap the POP/IMAP (Email) account.
  4. Tap Delete Delete icon (located at the bottom).
  5. Tap Delete to confirm.
