Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
The steps below are only applicable to corporate accounts setup via Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync. To remove an account associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), refer to Delete Work Space - BlackBerry Balance for assistance.
From the Home screen, tap Settings.
