Samsung Galaxy S® 4 - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower-right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Email.
    Note If unavailable, tap the Menu icon Menu (located at the bottom-left) then tap Switch to list view.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu.
  6. Tap Remove account (located in the lower-right).
  7. Tap Remove account to confirm.
