  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  3. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (located in the in the upper-left).
    Tap Menu
  4. Tap Photos & Videos.
    Tap Photos & Videos
  5. Select a sorting option:
    • All
      Note To change the display option:
      1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Contextual Menu (located in the upper-right).
      2. Tap Sort View.
      3. Tap an option the tap OK.
        • Date Taken
        • Date Uploaded
    • Timeline
      Note To change the display option:
      1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Contextual Menu (located in the upper-right).
      2. Tap Group By.
      3. Tap an option the tap OK.
        • Date Taken
        • Date Backed Up
    • Flashbacks
    • Stories
    • Albums
    Select a Sorting Option
    Remove Picture or Video from Album
    Delete an Album
    View Stories
    View Flashbacks
    Create a Photo Collage
  6. Navigate to a picture then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located upper-right).
    Tap Contextual Menu
  7. Tap Select Content.
    Tap Select Content
  8. Tap the photo(s) or video(s) then tap the Contextual Menu icon.
    Tap Contextual Menu
  9. Tap an option: Tap an Option

Download or Restore Photos or Videos

Tap Download.
Tap Download

Add a Photo/Video to Album

  1. Tap Add to Album.
    Tap Add to Album
  2. Tap the Add icon + (located in upper-right) to add a new album.
    Note To add to an existing album, tap an album.
    Tap New Album
  3. Enter an album name then tap OK.
    Tap OK

Remove Picture or Video from Album

  1. Scroll right then select Albums.
    Scroll to Albums
  2. Tap an album.
    Tap an Album
  3. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Contextual Menu (located in the upper-right).
  4. Tap Select Content.
    Tap Select Content
  5. Tap a picture or video then tap the Contextual Menu icon.
    Tap Contextual Menu
  6. Tap Remove from Album.
    Tap Remove from Album
  7. When prompted with 'Remove from Album', tap Yes.

Delete an Album

  1. Scroll right then select Albums.
    Scroll to Albums
  2. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Contextual Menu (located in the upper-right).
  3. Tap Select Albums.
    Tap Select Albums
  4. Tap an album then tap the Contextual Menu icon.
    Tap Contextual Menu
  5. Tap Delete.
    Tap Delete
  6. When prompted with 'Delete', tap Yes.

View Stories

Note Notes:

  • Only pictures with the .jpg (.jpeg) file extension are used to create Smart Folders.
  • During the initial backup, a folder must have at least 5 pictures in .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format to generate a Smart Folder.
  • If more pictures are added to an existing folder that had less than 5 pictures in it during the initial backup a Smart Folder is still not created. Creation of a new folder is required.
  • New folders being backed up must have at least 5 pictures in the .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format.

 

  1. Tap Stories.
    Tap Stories
  2. Select a story.
    Select a Story
  3. Tap the Play Story icon.
    Tap the Play Story Icon
  4. If prompted, tap Download RealTimes to download the required RealTimes player app.
  5. If prompted, tap Got It (located in the lower-right).
  6. View the story.
    View the Story
  7. Tap the Back arrow (located in the upper-left) to return to Verizon Cloud.

View Flashbacks


Note Flashsbacks are pictures that are stored in your Verizon Cloud that are at least a year old.

  1. Tap Flashbacks.
  2. Tap a Flashback.

Add Stickers and Borders to a Photo

  1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Contextual Menu (located upper-right).
  2. Tap Select.
    Tap Select
  3. Select a photo then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located upper-right).
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
  4. Tap Add Stickers.
    Tap Add Stickers
  5. Add a border or stickers.

 

Add a Border

  1. Tap Borders (located at the bottom).
    Tap Borders
  2. Adjust the border as desired then tap Done.
    Tap Done
  3. Tap Save (located upper-right) then tap the Back Arrow (located upper-left).
    Tap Save

  1. Tap Stickers.

Create Photo Collage

  1. Navigate to the desired pictures then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located upper-right).
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
  2. Tap Select.
    Tap Select
  3. Select the desired pictures then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located upper-right).
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
  4. Tap Create Collage.
    Tap Create Collage
  5. Tap Edit.
    Tap Edit
  6. Adjust the image layout.
    Note To change the image layout tap either the left or right arrow.

  7. Remove any unwanted pictures then tap Done.
    Note The picture is removed from the collage if the check mark is not highlighted.
    Tap Done
  8. Tap Save then tap the Back Arrow.
