Verizon Cloud - Windows® Desktop App - Uninstall and Reinstall
Uninstalling Verizon Cloud also removes the USB drivers that installed along with the app.
Ensure the wireless device is disconnected from the computer.
From the Cloud desktop app, click Settings > Sign out from Cloud.
If prompted to confirm, click Yes.
Close the Cloud desktop app.
From the Windows desktop, navigate: Start > (Settings) > Control Panel > (Programs) Uninstall a Program.
With Windows XP navigate: Start > (Settings) > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
With Windows 10, right-click Start then navigate: Settings > Apps.
If any errors occur during the uninstall process, you may need to start Windows in Safe Mode.
Select Verizon Cloud then click Uninstall/Change (Change/Remove).
