Verizon Cloud - Windows® Desktop App - Uninstall and Reinstall

Note Uninstalling Verizon Cloud also removes the USB drivers that installed along with the app.

  1. Ensure the wireless device is disconnected from the computer.
  2. From the Cloud desktop app, click Settings > Sign out from Cloud.
    Note If prompted to confirm, click Yes.
  3. Close the Cloud desktop app.
  4. From the Windows desktop, navigate: Start > (Settings) > Control Panel > (Programs) Uninstall a Program.
    Note With Windows XP navigate: Start > (Settings) > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
    Note With Windows 10, right-click Start then navigate: Settings > Apps.
    Note If any errors occur during the uninstall process, you may need to start Windows in Safe Mode.
  5. Select Verizon Cloud then click Uninstall/Change (Change/Remove).
  6. Click Yes.
  7. Click Finish.
  8. Restart the computer.

  9. If necessary, Download and Install Verizon Cloud.
