Verizon Cloud - Website - Windows® - Download Media

Caution If downloading a large amount of content via the Cloud website, your login session may expire while downloading and cause the resulting .zip file to be unusable. It is recommended to use the Cloud desktop app in these cases:


Note Media can also be downloaded via:


  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, click Account.

  3. Click Verizon Cloud.

  4. Click the appropriate tab.
    • Photos & Videos
    • Music
    • Documents
    Click a Tab
  5. Select the file(s):
    • Pictures & Videos
      1. Select the file(s).
        Click a Picture or Video
        Note To select all, check the box next to the total number of files.
        Select photos
      2. Click the Download icon.
        Click the Download Icon
      3. If prompted, click OK.
    • Music files
      1. Click the Multi-select icon (in the upper-right).

      2. Select the file(s) then click the Download icon.
        Note Selected when a checkmark is present.
        Click the Download Icon
    • Documents
      1. Select the document(s).
        Note To select all, select the total number of files.
        Click a Documents
      2. Click the Download icon.
        Click the Download Icon
  6. Click OK.
  7. If prompted, navigate: Save > Save as (at the bottom) > go to the desired file location on the computer then click Save.
    Note If more than one file is downloaded at a time, all selected files are saved as a zip file.
