Note Media can also be downloaded via:

 

  1. From a computer visit My Cloud Media & Contacts.
  2. Click the appropriate tab.
    • Photos & Videos
    • Music
    • Documents
    Click a Tab
  3. To select a file or files:
    • Pictures & Videos
      Note To select all the pictures and videos files select the number total of the pictures and videos.
      1. Select the picture(s) and/or video(s).
        Note Selected when a check mark is present.
        Click a Picture or Video
      2. Click the Download icon.
        Click the Download Icon
      3. If prompted, click OK.
    • Music
      1. Click the multi select icon (on the right).
        Click the Multi Select Icon
      2. Select a song(s) then click the Download icon.
        Note Selected when a check mark is present.
        Note To select all the music files click Select All.
        Click the Download Icon
    • Documents
      Note To select all the document files select the number total of the documents.
      1. Select a document(s).
        Note Selected when a check mark is present.
        Click a Documents
      2. Click the Download icon.
        Click the Download Icon
  4. Click OK.
  5. If prompted, navigate: Save > Save as (at the bottom) > the desired file location on the computer then click Save.
    Note If more than one file is downloaded at a time, all the files being download are be saved as a zip file.
