Samsung Galaxy S® 4 - Turn Multi window On / Off

Note Notes:

  • The Multi-Window feature allows multiple apps to be run on the current screen at the same time.
  • The Multi-Window feature can also be enabled and disabled from the Window Shade Settings Bar.
  • The Multi-Window tab can be hidden/displayed by selecting and holding the Back button from any screen. This action does not enable/disable the app. For further assistance refer to Multi-Window.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower-right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Display.
    Note If unavailable, tap the Menu icon Menu (located at the bottom-left) then tap Switch to list view.
  4. Tap Multi-Window to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
