Samsung Galaxy S® 4 - Air View

Note Air view allows info or details to display when a finger is hovered over the screen.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower-right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Air view.
    Note If unavailable, tap the Menu icon Menu (located at the bottom-left) then tap Switch to list view.
  4. Tap the Air view switch (located in the upper-right) to enable On indicator or disable Off indicator.
  5. If applicable, tap the following Air view switches to turn ON/OFF:
    Information preview
    Information previews, extended text, or enlarged images are shown when fingers hover over the screen.
    Progress preview
    Preview a scene or show the elapsed time when a finger hovers over the progress bar.
    Speed dial preview
    Show the names of contacts assigned to speed dial numbers when a finger hovers over them.
  6. Tap Sound and vibration feedback to enable or disable.
    Note Play sound and vibrate when hovering over air view items.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
