Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Nokia Lumia 928

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Start screen, swipe left to display the apps list.
    Note Alternatively, select the right arrow Right arrow icon (located in the lower right; may require scrolling).
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap email+accounts.
  4. Touch and hold the Corporate Sync account (Exchange ActiveSync).
  5. Tap delete.
  6. Tap delete to confirm.
