Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

  1. From the Home screen, tap BlackBerry Hub.
    Note Alternatively, swipe right until the BlackBerry Hub appears.
  2. If necessary, tap the Menu icon Menu icon (lower-left) then select Visual Voice Mail Voice Mail icon.
  3. If presented, enter the Voicemail password then tap OK.
    Linote The Visual Voicemail password is the same as the standard Voicemail password. If unknown, it can be reset.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

  1. From the home screen, select Phone.
  2. From the "Calls" tab (located in the upper-left), select Voicemail (upper-left; may require scrolling to the top).
  3. When prompted, enter the appropriate password then select # (pound symbol).
    Linote If the Voice Mail password is unknown, it can be reset.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon Wireless Coverage Area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    Note If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Note If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
