Uninstall Apps - Samsung Galaxy S® 4 mini

Note Notes:

  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Note Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.

 

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower-right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. From the Device section, tap Application manager.
  4. From the All tab, tap an app.
    Note To switch tabs, swipe left or right.
  5. Tap Uninstall or Uninstall updates (located in the upper-right).
  6. From the 'Application will be uninstalled' or 'All updates to this Android system app will be uninstalled' prompt, tap OK to confirm.
  7. If presented with the 'Do you want to replace this app with the factory version?' prompt, tap OK to confirm.
