Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy S® 4 mini

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the lower-right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. From the Accounts section, select the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  4. Tap the applicable email account.
  5. Tap Remove account (located in the lower-right).
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
