Usage and Settings - Kickbit

Note Notes:
  • Any assistance needed with troubleshooting the app is supported by Aquto. They can be contacted through the Kickbit app or directly at support@kickbit.com.
  • This application only applies to Prepaid accounts
  • The Kickbit app is not a pre-installed app. For assistance downloading and installing, refer to Download and Install - Kickbit.
  • For assistance creating a Kickbit account or signing in to the app, refer to Create Account or Sign In - Kickbit.
  • While visual variations between iOS and Android versions exist the core functionality of the Kickbit app is detailed below.

 

Note Downloading the Kickbit app may incur data charges. The app itself is free.

Kickbit home screen

 

Earn data display

  1. Select the All icon All Icon to view display options.
    All (default)
    Free
    Shop
    Subscriptions
  2. Select the Recommended icon All Icon to view sort options.
    Recommended (default)
    MB (highest)
    MB (lowest)
  3. Select any of the on screen offers to participate.
  4. Follow the on screen instructions within the offer.
  5. Return to the Kickbit home screen at any time by clicking the Kickbit home icon icon

Transfer data

  1. Click Transfer data to begin.
    Note If device is Unverified as in the example below you will be prompted to Verify device.
  2. Click on the device to transfer earned Kickbit data.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and click Transfer my data.
  4. Click OK on the confirmation of successful transfer.
  5. The total earned and transferred will be displayed on the home screen.

Help

  1. Click Help to begin.
  2. Browse through help for the appropriate topic or enter a term in the search box.
  3. To contact Kickbit, select Contact us.

My account

  1. Click My account to begin.
  2. Select Change password to modify password.
  3. Enter new password and click Save modify.
  4. Select Edit my information to modify information.
  5. Select the Personalize my account button to personalize account for a one time data bonus. This bonus will display on your Awards screen.
  6. Return to the Kickbit home screen at any time by clicking the Kickbit home icon icon.

Rewards

  1. Click Rewards to begin.
  2. View potential rewards.
  3. Return to the Kickbit home screen at any time by clicking the Kickbit home icon icon.

Activity

  1. Click Activity to begin.
  2. View completed activities.
  3. Return to the Kickbit home screen at any time by clicking the Kickbit home icon icon.

Settings

  1. Modify your Kickbit settings by clicking one of the following options:

    Manage devices
    Notifications

Manage devices

  1. Verify device
    Add device

    Manage devices - Verify

  2. Before earned data can be transfered the device must be Verified, click Verify.
  3. A verification code will be sent to the number displayed, click OK.
  4. Enter the verification code text to verify, click OK on the confirmation.
  5. The verified device will have a green highlight.

Manage devices - Add

  1. From the Devices screen click Add new device.
  2. Add a new device screen.
  3. Enter a name to identify the device, the number, and click Add device.
  4. Each new device added will need to be Verified.
  5. Return to the devices screen by clicking the Back icon Back icon.

Notifications

  1. Modify the Earned data or reward notification settings by clicking the appropriate icon.
  2. Click the icon to toggle Notification settings.
    Email on Email Notification On, Email off Email Notification Off
  3. Click the icon to toggle Notification settings.
    Device on Device Notification On, Device off Device Notification off
  4. Undo any changes by clicking Reset to defaults.
  5. Return to the devices screen by clicking the Back icon Back icon.
