Remove a Personal Email Account - Moto X™

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon.
  2. Tap the appropriate email account.
    Note Certain POP3/IMAP accounts may be listed under Exchange.
    • Exchange
    • Personal (IMAP)
    • Personal (POP3)
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap Menu Menu Key (located in the upper-right) then tap Remove account.
  5. Tap Remove account to confirm.
