Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Moto X™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon.
  2. From the the Accounts tab, tap Exchange.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  3. Tap the appropriate corporate email address.
  4. Tap Menu Menu (located in the upper-right) then tap Remove account.
  5. From the "Remove account?" prompt, tap Remove account to confirm.
