These instructions help when you have no internet or network connection or can't send or receive email, text, pics or videos.
Enabling data roaming may incur roaming charges.
From the right edge of the screen, swipe left to display the charms menu.
Tap the wireless network icon .
Ensure the "Mobile broadband" switch is set to On then select the available wireless network (e.g. Verizon Wireless LTE).
Depending upon personalization options, the switch color may differ from the example depicted above.
Ensure that "Connect automatically" is enabled then tap Roam automatically to enable or disable.
Enabled when a check mark is present.
If the settings are not available, tap Disconnect then select the available wireless network again.
