Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy S® III mini

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Applications icon (located in the lower-right).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActivSync.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  5. Tap Remove account (located in the lower-right).
  6. From the Remove account? screen, tap Remove account.
