Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - HTC One®

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings.
    Note If unavailable, tap the Apps dropdown menu Apps dropdown menu icon (located in the upper-left) then tap Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  2. Tap Accounts & sync.
  3. Tap Exchange ActiveSync.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon(located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap Remove.
  7. Tap Remove account.
