Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - DROID Mini / DROID Ultra / DROID Maxx by Motorola

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a home screen, select Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
  2. From the Apps tab, select Settings.
  3. Select Corporate.
  4. Select the account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  5. Select Menu Menu icon (located in the upper right).
  6. Select Remove account.
  7. Select Remove account.
