Account Sync Settings - HTC One®

If you're not receiving email and app notifications, follow these steps to check your account sync settings.

Caution Frequent account synchronization can have a negative impact on battery life.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings.
    Note If unavailable, tap the Apps dropdown menu Apps dropdown menu icon (located in the upper-left) then tap Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  2. From the "PERSONAL" section, tap Accounts & sync.
  3. From the "MANAGE ACCOUNTS" section, tap the account type (e.g., Google, Mail, etc.).
  4. From the "ACCOUNTS" section, tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Enable or disable the Sync settings as desired.
