Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - LG G2

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon Select Apps.
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
  5. Tap the appropriate email address.
  6. Tap Menu Menu (located in the upper-right).
  7. Tap Remove account.
  8. From the "Remove account" prompt, tap OK.
