Adjust Display Settings - Samsung Galaxy Note 3

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Applications icon > Settings > Display.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap LED indicator then select an option (e.g., Charging, Low battery, etc.).
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  3. Tap Notification panel, locate the Available buttons section (at the bottom) then drag the preferred button(s) to the Notification panel section.
    Note Maximum buttons available on the Notification panel is 10. When full, available buttons replace existing buttons.
    Note To return Notification panel to defaults, tap Reset then tap Reset.
  4. Tap Multi window to turn on Switch On icon or off Switch Off icon.
  5. Tap Screen mode, select an option (e.g., Dynamic, Standard, etc.) then tap Done (located in the upper right).
  6. Tap Screen timeout then select an option (e.g., 15 seconds, 10 minutes, etc.).
  7. Tap Daydream then tap the Daydream switch (located in the upper right) to turn ON or OFF.
    Note If presented with Select when to daydream screen, tap OK.
    Note When enabled, configure the Daydream settings as preferred.
  8. Tap Smart screen then select the desired options (e.g., Smart stay, Smart pause, etc.).
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present or when switch set to ON.
  9. Tap Touch key light duration then select an option (e.g., 1.5 seconds, Always on, etc.).
  10. Tap Show battery percentage to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  11. Tap Increase touch sensitivity to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
