Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy Note® 3

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Applications icon (located in the lower right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActivSync.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  5. Tap Menu Menu button icon (located in the lower left).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Tap Remove account to confirm.
