Remove a Personal Email Account - Samsung Galaxy Note® 3

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Applications icon (located in the lower right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Under Accounts, tap Email (e.g. Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, etc.).
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
  5. Tap Menu Menu icon.
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Tap Remove account to confirm.
