Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

Caution Visual Voicemail may not be accessible if using Power Saving Mode.

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon (lower-right).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Voicemail Visual Voice Mail icon.
    Linote If necessary, tap Verizon then tap Voicemail.
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap Menu (lower-right).
  4. Tap Refresh.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

  1. From a home screen, select Phone Home screen Phone icon (lower-left).
    Note If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Phone.
  2. From the Keypad tab, select and hold 1 (One).
    Note If presented with Choose Voicemail screen, select Voicemail.
    Note Alternatively, enter *86 then select Send Phone icon (at the bottom).
  3. If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the # key.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon Wireless Coverage Area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    Note If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Note If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
