Verizon Ellipsis® 7 - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon Apps icon.
    Note Located at the bottom (in portrait) or at the right (in landscape).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. From the ACCOUNTS section, tap Email.
  4. Tap the appropriate email account.
  5. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
  7. Tap Remove account to confirm.
