Verizon Ellipsis® 7 - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps.
    Note The center icon at the bottom (in portrait) or at the right (in landscape).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account.
