Turn Share Media On / Off (DLNA) - Samsung Galaxy Note® 3

Note Notes:

  • To share media files, an active Wi-Fi connection must be established and Nearby devices must be turned on..
  • To play or copy media to/from other devices (e.g., computer, TV, etc.), they must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network and may need to be configured for sharing. Refer to the equipment manufacturer for assistance.

 

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Applications icon (located in the lower right).
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap More networks.
  4. Tap Nearby devices.
  5. Tap the Nearby devices switch (located in the upper right) to turn on On indicator or off Off indicator.
  6. Tap Content to share.
  7. Tap any of the following to enable or disable then tap OK.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.

    • Photos
    • Music
