Apple® iPad® - Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.

Caution Before proceeding, make sure you know your log-in info (if applicable) as the following settings are changed as described below and must be reconfigured after network settings are reset:

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > General > Reset.
  2. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  3. Enter your passcode.
  4. To confirm, tap Reset.
