Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

  1. From the Home screen, select BlackBerry Hub.
    Note Alternatively, swipe right until the BlackBerry Hub appears.
  2. If necessary, select the lower left (e.g. Hub, Priority Hub, Notifications, BBM, Text Messages, Email account, Calls, Emergency Alerts) then select Visual Voicemail.
    Linote If not available, ensure Visual Voicemail is activated.
  3. If presented, enter the voicemail password then select OK.
    Linote The Visual Voicemail password is the same as the standard voicemail password. If unknown, it can be reset.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

  1. From the Home screen, select Phone.
  2. From the "Calls" tab (lower-left), select Voicemail (upper-left).
  3. When prompted, enter the appropriate password then select # (pound symbol).
    Linote If the Voice Mail password is unknown, it can be reset.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon Wireless Coverage Area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    Note If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Note If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
