Remove a Personal Email Account - BlackBerry® Z30

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the home screen, select Settings.
    Note If not available, swipe down from the top of the display (where the time is located).
  2. Select Accounts.
  3. Select the POP/IMAP (email) account.
  4. Select Delete or Delete All Delete icon (trashcan at bottom of the screen).
  5. Select Delete to confirm.
