Place a HD Voice Call - HD Voice

Note HD Voice:

  • requires both parties to be in the Verizon 4G LTE coverage area, have HD Voice capable devices and be provisioned for HD Voice service.
  • is included in existing voice plans and minutes are billed as regular voice calls. No data charges apply.
  • is not recommended if you use a 1X/3G Network Extender or a TTY/TDD device.

 

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    Note If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Phone icon.
  2. From the keypad tab, enter the preferred number then tap Send Phone icon (located at the bottom).
    Note Upon successful connection an HD indicator HD icon appears.
