Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Note® 10.1 2014 Edition

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync.
  5. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  6. Tap Menu Menu icon (located at the bottom).
  7. Tap Remove account (located in the upper-right).
  8. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
