Task Manager - Samsung Galaxy Note Pro

  1. Tap the Task Manager key Applications icon (located at the bottom of the screen next to the home key).
  2. Tap Task manager (located in the lower-left).
  3. Tap the appropriate tab (located at the right side of the screen):

 

Active applications

  1. View the active app(s).
    Note An app blinking red for more than five seconds may indicate high CPU usage.
  2. To stop an active app, tap END (located to the right of the app).
  3. Tap OK.
  4. To stop all active apps, tap End all.
  5. Tap OK.

Downloaded

  1. View the downloaded app(s).
  2. To uninstall a downloaded app, tap Uninstall (located to the right of the app).
  3. Tap OK.

RAM manager

NoteClearing Random Access Memory (RAM) ends running apps and stops background apps. Verify that app data is saved before clearing memory.

NoteClearing Random Access Memory (RAM) may resolve issues with the device/display freezing. The device may be running low on memory (RAM).

  1. From the RAM status section, view the amount of random access memory (RAM) being used.
  2. To clear inactive and background processes, tap Clear memory.
