Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Note® Pro

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings > Accounts.
  2. Tap the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account.
    Note The accounts listed may vary.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Vertical Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
