Verizon Messages - Website - Manage Auto Reply

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon home page, navigate: Account > Text Online.
  3. Click the Settings Menu icon (upper-left).

  4. Click Settings.
    Click Settings
  5. Click Auto Reply.
    Click Auto Reply
    Enable Auto Reply Message
    Delete Auto Reply Message
    Edit Auto Reply Message
    Disable Auto Reply Message

Enable Auto Reply Message

  1. Click the Auto Reply switch to turn it on Auto Reply On Switch or off Auto Reply Off Switch.
  2. Add an auto reply message.
    • Select a existing message.
      Note Selected when the radio button is checked.
      Select a Message
    • Edit an existing message.
      1. Click Edit next the appropriate message.

      2. Enter the message then click Save.
    • Add a new message.
      1. In the Create New Message field, enter a new message.
      2. Click Add New Message.

  3. Select an Auto Reply Duration setting then click Save.
    Click Save

Delete Auto Reply Message

  1. Click the Auto Reply switch to turn it on Auto Reply On Switch.
  2. Locate the message to be removed then click Delete.
    Note Once Auto Reply is enabled, at least 1 message must be present.
    Click Delete

Edit Auto Reply Message

  1. Click the Auto Reply switch to turn it on Auto Reply On Switch.
  2. Locate the message to be changed then click Edit.

  3. Update the message then click Save.
