Delete Messages - Verizon Messages - Android® / Windows® Tablet

Note Ensure your apps are up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version. Select one of the following operating systems for more info:

 

Delete a Single Message

  1. Tap the Message+ icon Message+ icon.
    Note If not available, navigate: Apps > Message+.
  2. Select a conversation.

  3. Touch and hold a message.
    Note To delete multiple messages:
    1. Tap the contextual menu (upper-right).
    2. Tap Delete Messages.
    3. Select messages to be deleted.
      Note Messages are selected if a check mark is present.
    4. Tap Delete Tap Delete (upper-right).
    5. Tap Delete to confirm.
    Touch and Hold a Message
  4. Tap Delete Messages.
    Tap Delete Messages
  5. Tap Delete Tap Delete (upper-right).
  6. Tap Delete to confirm.

 

Delete Conversation(s)

  1. Tap the Message+ icon Message+ icon.
    Note If not available, navigate: Apps > Message+.
  2. Tap the avatar bubble or picture next to the conversation.
    Tap the Avatar Bubble
  3. To select all conversations, tap All (upper-left).
    Note Conversations are selected if a check mark is present.
    Tap All
  4. Tap Delete Tap Delete (upper-right of the conversations side).
  5. Tap Delete to confirm.
