Adjust Account Sync Settings - LG G Pad 8.3 LTE

If you're not receiving email and app notifications, follow these steps to check your account sync settings.

Caution Frequent account synchronization can have a negative impact on battery life.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Applications icon > Settings Settings icon.
  2. From the PERSONAL section, tap Accounts.
  3. From Accounts, tap the appropriate account type (e.g., Google, Microsoft Exchange, etc.).
  4. Tap the appropriate account.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. From Sync, tap the items to sync.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    Note The available settings vary depending upon the type of account.
  6. If necessary, tap Menu Menu (located in the upper-right) then tap Sync now.
