Verizon Cloud - Apple® iPad® - Manage Settings

Caution Caution:

  • If you have a prepaid number, you can only sync contacts.
  • Using Wi-Fi to sync content helps reduce any applicable data charges.

 

Note Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.

  1. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud Icon.
  2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-left).
  3. Tap the Settings icon Settings icon then adjust any of the following:
    • WHAT TO BACK UP
      • Tap the desired content switch (e.g., Contacts, Photos, etc.) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    • BACKGROUND PHOTOS BACKUP
      • Tap the Background Photo Backup switch to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    • HOW TO BACK UP
      • Select 'Wi-Fi Only' or 'Wi-Fi + Mobile Network'.
        Note Selected when a checkmark is present.
