Note Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.

  1. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud Icon.
  2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).
  3. Tap Settings.

What to Back Up

Drag the switches left or right to enable/disable Backup settings.
Note Enabled when in the green position.

  • Contacts
  • Photos
  • Videos

Enable the Appropriate Settings

How to Back Up

From the How to Back Up section, select the network option:

  1. Tap Email Address.
    Select Email
  2. Enter or edit an email address then tap return.
