Verizon Cloud - Apple® iPad® - Manage Photos / Videos

Note The following steps apply to the most recent version so ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date.

Caution If you choose 'All Files' from the Verizon Cloud menu then access your content folders, you may see a screen where there is no back or menu button. If so, simply swipe the screen from left to right to return to the main menu.
Swipe for menu

  1. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud Icon.
  2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (located in the in the upper-left).
  3. Tap Photos.
    Tap Photos & Videos
  4. Tap a sorting option (located at the bottom):
    • All
    • Timeline
    • Albums
    Select a Sorting Option
    Remove Picture from Album
    Delete an Album
  5. Navigate to a photo then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
  6. Tap Select.
    Tap Select
  7. Select a picture then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
    Download/Restore
    Create Favorites
    Add to Album
    Info
    Delete

 

Download/Restore

Tap Download.
Tap the Download Icon

Tap Add to Album.

Create New Album

Create New Album

  1. Tap New Album then tap Add (located on the bottom-right).
    Tap New Album
  2. Enter an album name then tap Save.
    Tap Save

Remove Picture from Album

  1. Tap Albums (located at the bottom).
    Tap Albums
  2. Tap an album.
    Tap an album
  3. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Contextual Menu Icon (located in the upper-right).
  4. Tap Select.
    Tap Select
  5. Select a picture then tap the Contextual Menu icon .
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.
    Tap a Picture
  6. Tap Remove from Album.
    Tap Remove From Album
  7. When prompted with 'Remove Media File(s)', tap Yes.
