Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - The all new HTC One® (M8)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings > Accounts & sync.
    Note If Settings is unavailable, tap the Dropdown menu Applications dropdown menu icon (located in the upper-left) then tap Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Manage App Icons.
  2. Tap Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. Tap the appropriate account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-right).
  5. Tap Remove.
  6. Tap Remove Account.
