Remove a Personal Email Account - Samsung Galaxy S® 5

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps Applications icon > Settings Applications icon > Accounts.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Email.
  3. Under the 'Common Settings' section, tap Settings.
  4. Tap the Trash can icon Applications icon (upper-right).
  5. Choose the account to remove then tap DONE.
  6. To confirm, tap REMOVE.
