Using the Bridged Line Feature on One TalkSM (0:58)
The Bridged Line feature allows you to set up your phone as an admin so you can monitor or answer calls coming to another person that has shared the line of his/her desk phone.
When a call is made to your associate, that call is also displayed on the admin phone screen.
Press the appropriate line button on the admin phone to answer the call.
The monitored phone's status display updates accordingly, showing the line as busy.
The admin can take a message or transfer the call to someone else, by pressing the transfer button, dialing the desired recipient, and then pressing transfer again.
When the admin phone completes the call, the monitored phone's status returns to standby.
