If you recently received a text message from us regarding a service ticket, this page contains resolution details.

Our network team has investigated your data usage reporting concern and has ensured it's accurate. In certain circumstances, your data usage alerts won't reset until the next bill cycle.

Note: Plan changes made during your bill cycle can affect data usage reporting and alerts until the start of a new bill cycle.

If you're on an Unlimited plan:

Above Unlimited provides 20 GB of 4G LTE for Mobile Hotspot data each bill cycle and will then be reduced to up to 600 Kbps speeds for the rest of the bill cycle. Non-Mobile-Hotspot data will continue to be unlimited at 4G LTE speeds until 75 GB.

Beyond Unlimited and the new Verizon Plan Unlimited provide 15 GB of 4G LTE for Mobile Hotspot data each bill cycle and will then be reduced to up to 600 Kbps speeds for the rest of the bill cycle. Non-Mobile-Hotspot data will continue to be unlimited at 4G LTE speeds until 22 GB.

Most of the time you'll continue to enjoy the same great network experience once your line exceeds 75 GB for Above Unlimited or 22 GB for Beyond Unlimited and the new Verizon Plan Unlimited during your bill cycle.

If you've already used 75 GB for Above Unlimited or 22 GB for Beyond Unlimited or the new Verizon Plan Unlimited on a particular line during your current bill cycle, and are on a cell site that is congested at that moment, your download may be temporarily queued behind other Verizon customers, which may result in slower download speeds relative to another Verizon customer's experience on the same cell site at that moment.
