Signal Concern Resolution and Network Extender (2:01)
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to report your service issue to us. This short video will help to educate you on your resolution and the options available to you.
We've investigated your concern and, though Verizon has the nation's best network, we found that signal strength in your reported area is less than optimal. This can lead to weakened and reduced network connectivity, especially indoors. However, no need to worry because Verizon has several options available to make sure you get the highest quality service in these situations. Here are a few steps to try:
If available, you can enable HD Voice, which provides even better call quality over Verizon's LTE Network.
With HD Voice enabled, you can also enable Wi-Fi calling - an amazing way to help boost call quality securely whenever you're connected to a Wi-Fi network.
One additional option is our 4G Network Extender. Based on your reported issue, you may now qualify for our Network Extender Loaner Program. If you are eligible, this program loans you one of our Network Extenders at no cost to you. Our Network Extenders are designed to enhance your coverage indoors at a specific location and you're able to connect multiple devices to it simultaneously.
In order to work properly, our Network Extenders require a high-speed, dedicated internet connection. Your internet connection speeds must meet certain requirements. Download speeds need to be at least 10 Mbps and upload speeds must be at least 5 Mbps. Make sure your existing high speed internet connection meets the qualifications to see if it will support the network extender.
To learn more or to check your eligibility, contact tech support and ask about our Network Extender Loaner Program. For more details about these options or for troubleshooting resources, our online troubleshooting tool offers a list of comprehensive device solutions that may resolve your concern.
Thank you for your time, and thank you for being the best part of Verizon.
