  1. What are Single Connected Home Plans, and what do I get with them?

    The Single Connected Home Plans provide fast and reliable internet service in your home or office, with data sizes to fit your device usage and budget. Purchase a new device or connect your existing router.

    Plans start at $60/month for 10 GB, or add voice for an additional $20/month, plus taxes and fees.

    Note: If you currently subscribe to the LTE Internet and Home Phone or LTE Internet (Installed) single line plans, your bill will now reflect the name change.

  2. What do I get with a voice plan option?

    Connect a landline phone to your router and get unlimited domestic calling on any of the Single Connected Home Plans when you add voice for an additional $20/month, plus taxes and fees.

  3. How do I check my data usage with this plan?

    You can check your data usage anytime through the My Usage page in My Verizon.

  4. Do I have full access to the internet with any of the Single Connected Home Plans?

    Yes, our Single Connected Home Plans provide a fully-functional internet access solution and can be used like other services, such as DSL, cable, satellite, etc.

  5. Will all of my home extension phones work with the Single Connected Home with Voice plan?

    Cordless extension phones that receive signal from a cordless base station connected to the LTE Internet and Home Phone will receive service. Corded phones must be connected directly to the LTE Internet and Home Phone to receive service. There are two telephone ports on the rear of the LTE Internet and Home Phone, allowing a combination of corded and cordless phones to be used.

    Note: Do not plug the LTE Internet and Home Phone into your telephone wall jack.
