We, our or us refers to Verizon Wireless. You or your refers to you.
By enrolling in Verizon Up (''Up''), you are accepting the Up Program Terms, and agree that you
- Are at least 18 years old
- Read and understood these Program Terms
- Are able to download the new My Verizon App on your mobile device
- Are a resident of the United States (excluding the US territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands)
The Up Program is separate from any other rewards or loyalty program previously or currently offered by Verizon Wireless, and is subject to the Verizon Wireless Customer Agreement. Any other rewards or loyalty program is governed by terms of that program. These Program Terms and the documents it incorporates form the entire agreement between us with respect to the Up Program.

Eligibility for Up
Membership is free and available to consumers on a postpaid account in good standing with a My Verizon account on your mobile device. More information about Up is available on our website, www.verizonwireless.com/verizonup.
Managing Your Account
You can view your Up credits balance and available rewards, and manage your Up account from the My Verizon App. By enrolling in Up and participating in the program, you agree that we may send you information about Up via email, mail, text or push notifications through the My Verizon app on your mobile device. Any enrolled Up member may receive credit-free rewards from time to time, and may view the Up credits balance and rewards available in the My Verizon app. Only Account Owners or Account Managers can use credits to claim rewards.
How to Earn Credits
You will earn a credit when you've paid $300 for eligible Verizon Wireless products and services (excluding governmental taxes and fees, and Verizon Wireless surcharges) on your Verizon Wireless bill. Credits may take up to 5 days after bill payment before appearing in your Up account. You have sixty (60) days to redeem a credit for a reward or the credit will expire. If your bill payment fails or if we credit your account, we may deduct credits or rewards from your Up account, or it may take longer to earn new credits. Your Up account may not exceed 10 credits at any given time. You will stop earning additional credits until your Up credit balance falls below 10 credits. Credits have no fixed or cash value and can only be used to claim rewards. Credits earned may not be sold or transferred to another Verizon Wireless account. Check your Up account for details about expiration dates that may apply to credits and rewards.
Super Tickets are rewards made available to Up members for certain entertainment and sporting events located around the country. Super Tickets can also include special access to rewards that are limited in quantity. An Account Owner or Account Manager may redeem one Up credit for Super Tickets every six months, though you may only claim high value Super Tickets once every twenty four months. Super Tickets are available in limited quantities on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
Super Tickets have no cash value or equivalent, and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or substituted for cash, merchandise or services. If you list a Super Ticket for sale, or sell a Super Ticket, the tickets will be forfeited and voided. If, after claiming the Super Ticket, the Super Ticket becomes unavailable, we, in our sole discretion, may substitute a Super Ticket of similar value. Transportation to/from the event is not included. Event date and times, and seating are determined at our sole discretion and are subject to change. If you or your guest cannot attend on the specified event date, the Super Ticket will be forfeited. We are not liable for replacing any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, or event passes, or reward codes. In the event that the event, or any events in connection with it, do not take place as scheduled, or are cancelled for any reason, including due to Acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, and floods), acts of terrorism, civic disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster, that portion of the Super Ticket will not be offered and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided. Any applicable federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the Super Ticket are your sole responsibility. We may be required to report taxable amounts to the appropriate taxing authority.
You and your guest agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations and the terms and conditions listed on the back of the ticket. You and any guest attending a Super Ticket event must be 18 or older, or must be accompanied by an adult. Must be 21 or over to drink alcohol at the event(s). We and the venue reserve the right to deny entry to, or remove you and your guest from the venue if you or your guest engage in disruptive behavior with no further compensation or liability of any kind to you or your guest (as applicable). Neither we nor the venue shall have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with any Super Ticket provided as part of the Up program and/or any person's participation in the event or related events. Use of the Super Ticket and/or attendance at the event and related events constitutes your permission for us and our agencies to use yours or your guest's name, comments and/or likenesses and photos in advertisements and social media for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation to you or your guest, unless prohibited by law.
Termination or Changes to Your Up Account
If you terminate your Verizon Wireless Account, your Up account will be closed and you will forfeit any credits and rewards in your Up account. We may monitor Up Accounts and member activity for compliance with the Program Terms. We can suspend or terminate your Up Account at any time. You may lose points or credits in your Up account if your Verizon Wireless account status changes, you fail to make payments on your Verizon Wireless account, we suspect fraudulent activity, you sell any tickets or Super Tickets you receive from Up, or we make changes to the Up program. We may change these Program Terms at any time. You may access the Program Terms on the My Verizon App to review changes to Up or the Program Terms. If you continue to remain in Up after the program or Program Terms change, it means you are accepting the changes to Up and the Program Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Both of us agree to limit claims against each other for damages or other monetary relief to direct damages. This limitation and waiver will apply regardless of the theory of liability. This limitation of liability also applies if you bring a claim against the companies offering rewards, to the extent we would be required to indemnify those companies against any claims. You agree we aren't responsible for problems caused by the company providing the reward or the event sponsor, you, others, or by any act of God.
