User Role Access

The following user roles have access to the bulk Upload User Information transaction.
  • Primary Contact (MYPOC)
  • Administrator
  • Analysis
  • Maintain
  • Maintain & Pay

Downloading the Sample Upload File

There is a sample file available for download on the Upload User Information page. We recommend downloading and saving this file to your computer so you can use it as your upload file.

To download the sample upload file:
  1. Mouse over the Account Maintenance tab, and click on Bulk Account Maintenance.

  2. Select Upload User Information and click Continue.

  3. Click the Sample File link.

    Note: You must have Microsoft® Excel® installed on your computer to view the sample file.

  4. Click File > Save As and select a place to save the file.

  5. Rename the file if you desire, and make sure to save the file as an .xls file.

    Note: When naming the file, make sure you only use characters listed below:

    • A - Z
    • a-z
    • 0 - 9
    • _ (underscore)
    • - (dash)

You have successfully downloaded the sample upload file.

Understanding the Upload File

  • Column E: User ID that the user will use to sign in to My Business Account

  • Column F: User's primary email address. Memo bill and other notifications will go to this email address.

  • Column G - K: Up to five additional email addresses can be added for the user to receive memo bill distribution.
