About donating when you pay your bill
What is the option to donate to charity when I pay my mobile bill?
You can donate to an eligible charity any time you make a one-time bill payment or Auto Pay payment in the My Verizon website or app.
The eligible charities are:
For the donation, you can choose to round your bill up to the nearest dollar or pick a set amount: $1, $5, $10, $20, $50 or $100. Note: Eligible charities subject to change periodically.
How can I donate to an eligible charity when I pay my bill?
You can make a donation anytime you make a one-time bill payment or Auto Pay payment in the My Verizon website or app.
On the payment confirmation page tap Add Donation or Manage Auto Pay. You’ll be able to choose a charity and a donation amount before submitting your payment.
Where can I view my past charitable donations?
When you make a donation while paying your bill, the donation appears on your next bill statement.
You can see your year-to-date donation totals at the bottom of the Payment Details screen in your My Verizon account.
I accidentally made a charitable donation when paying my bill, can I get a refund for my donation?
All donations made when you pay your Verizon mobile bill are non-refundable. However, because each donation is a one-time contribution that requires you to click Add Donation at the time you pay your bill online, you won't make future contributions unless you choose to.
